In this activity, students will watch a very short video dealing with food waste and what we can do to avoid it.

The video is short and many students may not be familiar with an Irish accent. So, before watching, learn the vocabulary that you have on the wordcloud. As to make sure you know it, you also have a crossword.

Secondly, open the listening activity and read the questions. Afterwards, watch the video as many times as necessary (don’t worry, it’s not a test : ) ).

Once you have tuned into the speaker’s Irish accent and understood the video, you have some discussion questions that cover the issue of Food Waste.
