Listening

Great listening activities!

Without doubt, the Listening Comprehension test is one that really scares students. The fact is that, grammar rules can be learnt without many problems, but when it comes to doing the listening test, if you haven’t got “the hang of” those intonation patterns and those different English speaker’s accents, learners of a foreign language hardly do well.
That’s why I suggest spending some time listening to videos on the Internet, watching programmes and of course, using Elllo.
Elllo is created by Todd Beuckens, an English teacher based in Japan. You will find all levels of English and all types of accents.
